Registration
We are offering poster authors a discounted registration fee (50% plus the non-refundable administrative fee) to attend the ACS Cancer Conference. To receive the discounted registration, enter the code POSTER in the Promotion Code field during checkout. Register here.
Logistics
While we are not able to support travel and subsistence expenses for poster authors to attend the conference, you can take advantage of the discounted rate at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix. We recommend that you book online. You can book your room by phone at 800-591-1234. When making your hotel reservation, please reference ACS Cancer Conference to take advantage of our low rate. Schedule
Authors will post their hard copy posters on March 13 at 1:00 PM and must attend the poster showcase which is scheduled for 5:15–6:45 pm on March 13, so that you can discuss your poster content with the conference attendees. We also ask that poster authors be available to discuss poster content during the meals and breaks on March 14, with poster removal after the afternoon break on March 14.
Several authors will be selected to give an oral presentation of their poster during one of the Rapid Fire Poster Sessions scheduled for March 13. Those selected to present will be notified by the end of January.
Poster Details
Below, there is a poster template which can be used for both your printed and e-poster or you are welcome to use another brand, e.g. from your facility. For the conference in Phoenix, please prepare a hard copy of your poster. Poster size is limited to 36 x 24 inches. We also ask that you post an e-poster to the speaker management site in PDF form as we plan to place these on the conference website after the conference concludes.

As an abstract author, you will have access to our Speaker Management Site to submit your short biography of 250 words or less in PDF, headshot, and e-poster. All materials must be uploaded to the Speaker Management Site by Monday, March 3, 2025. After this date, e-posters may be uploaded on-site in the Speaker Ready Room, Sundance III, in the Hyatt Regency Phoenix.

Please white-list this address but also check your span and junk folders.
