Level III TQIP Risk-Adjusted Benchmark Report Timeline

When a TQIP center becomes eligible to receive their first risk-adjusted benchmark report depends on the timing of their enrollment as displayed in the table below.

^If enrollment is completed by this date and your center meets the data quality and quantity criteria, we will prorate your payment to the preceding enrollment deadline in order to be eligible for inclusion in the next benchmark report.
