Biography

- Graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine (WWAMI) in 2012 - General Surgery Residency at the Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte, North Carolina - Resident research fellowship with Dr. B. Todd Heniford, Chief of GI and Minimally Invasive Surgery, Carolinas Medical Center, North Carolina - Idaho native, returning home to Boise with focus on Minimally Invasive Surgery, serving Southern Idaho starting in August 2018 Currently partner in Huntington Laparoscopy, providing compassionate and competent minimally invasive surgery to Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon. Specializing in benign and malignant Foregut Laparoscopy - over 350 non-bariatric foregut cases yearly, with >25% revisional cases. Providing multidisciplinary support and laparoscopic surgery for patients with gastric and esophageal cancer. High volume center for adrenal and esophageal surgery. Additional expertise in ventral/incisional hernia repair. Proud member of the American College of Surgeons, Idaho College of Surgeons, and curriculum committee member of SAGES (Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons).
