The management of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs) has undergone significant evolution during the past several years, and modern imaging methods have increased the overall incidence. New diagnostic and therapeutic modalities have also revolutionized the workup and treatment of both primary and metastatic PNETs.
