Surgeons Discuss Best Practices for Managing Bile Duct Injuries

Bile duct injuries (BDIs) during a cholecystectomy can potentially lead to diminished quality of life or death for some patients. BDIs also can leave the surgeon feeling powerless if they must turn the patient over to someone else to remedy the nicked or burned bile duct. Hear from Drs.
