Two Surgical Disciplines Rank in 100 Best Jobs Report

Despite its demanding nature, surgery is noted as a satisfying career across specialties, and surgeons are happy with their jobs. A recently released list from US News & World Report showcased that two surgical disciplines are among the 100 best jobs in the US.

Noting several factors including pay, challenge, a match for talent and skills, and more, the two noted positions include:

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

#42 in 100 Best Jobs 

Obstetrician and Gynecologist

#70 in 100 Best Jobs

The top three best jobs in the US were nurse practitioner, IT manager, and physician assistant.
