SRGS Print

  • Print subscriptions to SRGS typically start with the upcoming issue, arriving within six weeks via US Postal Service, depending on when you subscribe.
  • Each issue feature an in-depth review of about 150 articles from leading medical journals, along with full-text reprints for further study.
  • A multiple-choice posttest is included with each issue, which must be completed online to earn 10 AMA PRA Category 1™ Credits.

SRGS Online

Besides the literature review and annotated bibliography for further reading, the online version of SRGS provides exclusive content not available in print: health care editorials and commentaries by general surgeons analyzing recent publications. Plus, all online subscriptions include complimentary access to SRGS Audio.

  • Access: Your online subscription begins with the current issue. Login credentials are emailed upon order processing. Full archive access is included; however, CME access begins with the current issue.
  • Formats: Online access only. Optimized for desktop, mobile, and e-readers (iPad, iPhone, Kindle, etc.). No dedicated app currently.
  • Content:
    • Topic-specific article reviews (~100 articles) downloadable as PDFs.
