Lt. Col. Andrew Beckett, CD, MD, MSc, FRCSC, FACS

Dr. Beckett is a lieutenant colonel in the Royal Canadian Medical Service and serves as a trauma surgeon and critical care physician serving on multiple military missions overseas.

His research interests include massive transfusion and resuscitation in the austere setting, combat casualty database management, and military simulation training.

Dr. Beckett also is an associate professor at the University of Toronto and medical director of the Trauma Program at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto.
