Chapter bylaws are the most important document for successfully managing the governance of the chapter. They should be reviewed regularly, and revised as necessary, to ensure that they are providing the proper structure for successful management of the chapter.
All proposed bylaws revisions must be reviewed by ACS Chapter Services staff before being approved by the chapter membership. Chapter Services staff will review all changes for alignment with ACS policies and provide any relevant feedback before authorizing the chapter to offer changes to their membership for final approval.
