Poster Presenter Information and Resources

Thank you for your participation in the 2025 ACS Surgical Simulation Summit! If you are the presenter of an abstract accepted for the Poster Session, please review the information below:

  • All poster presenters must register for the meeting and attend the Poster Session in-person in Chicago, IL on Thursday, March 20 from 3:00-4:00 pm CT to showcase your research, facilitate discussion, and answer attendee questions.
  • Please review the Poster Presenter Guidelines for poster size, poster setup, and shipping instructions.
