Additional Advertising Opportunities

The 2025 ACS Surgical Simulation Summit is offering exhibitors the opportunities below to gain additional exposure while in Chicago. Supporting a social/meal break or a beverage break is a great opportunity to increase awareness of your company while supporting the Summit. Gain premium exposure and infuse your brand into these experiences available to all attendees.

All opportunities include recognition via a prominent branded Thank You sign. Companies may supply branded napkins, cups, etc. at their expense. ACS staff is responsible for ordering all food and beverages.

Networking Reception - $5,000 (1 available)

The well-attended 1-hour networking reception will occur after the educational programming concludes on Thursday, March 20. Hors d'oeuvres, beer, wine, and soda will be provided.

AM or PM Break - $3,000 (3 available)

Show your hospitality and keep the energy going by supporting a 30-minute coffee break. Timeslots will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.

• Thursday, March 20: Meet the Authors Poster Session
• Friday, March 21: morning break
