All ACS Surgical Simulation Summit sessions take place in the lower level of the Swissotel, making it very convenient for attendees. Reservations made within the room block will include complimentary standard internet access in guest rooms and lobby areas.

The cut-off date to receive the special group rate is February 25, 2025. Reservations made after this date, or after the room block fills, will be based on space and rate availability.

Cancelation: Reservation cancelations must be received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the Scheduled arrival date in order to avoid a cancelation fee of one night’s room and tax.

Reservations can also be made by calling 800-441-1414. All reservations will require a credit card for guarantee of arrival.

Hotel check-in is at 3:00 pm CT local time, and check-out is at 12:00 pm CT local time. Every effort will be made to accommodate both early check-in and late check-out for guests; however, it cannot be guaranteed and is based on hotel availability.
