As you explore exhibits showcasing phenomenal technological advancements, take a moment to reflect on how far we have come in surgical care—and how much further we can go when we embrace progress. Attendees can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and network with colleagues over heavy hors d’oeuvres and libations.

Abstract Poster Reception

Saturday, July 19 | 6:00–7:30 pm PT
The Abstract Poster Reception will be held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego.
A record number of authors have submitted abstracts in 2025. At the Abstract Poster Reception, attendees can view hundreds of posters and engage directly with the authors, who come from a wide variety of surgical disciplines and backgrounds. This dedicated time serves as a great networking opportunity. Attendees are encouraged to vote for the best poster, and by voting they will be automatically entered into a raffle. The primary author of the poster with the most votes and the raffle winner will be announced during the final general session on Sunday.
