The conference registration fee includes:
Attendees are not officially registered for the conference until registration and payment have been received.
Attendees are also able to select to participate in a preconference workshop; please note, an additional fee* may be required to register. Attendance for these workshops is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

The QI Basics Preconference Workshop is not a pre-requisite, but it is helpful to have a basic understanding of QI before taking this workshop.

Need to obtain approval to attend? Use the justification letter template linked below to communicate the importance and benefits of attending the conference and to outline estimated costs.
All acceptances for abstract submissions will require in-person attendance at the meeting and a registration fee. Posters will not be printed on an author's behalf. Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be responsible for printing their own posters to bring onsite.
Confirmations will be sent via email once your online registration has been completed.
Registered attendees may only bring a guest to the Welcome Reception and Abstract Reception for a fee of $150.
Conference attendee substitution from one individual to another is not permitted.
All conference participants must notify ACS Registration Services via email at registration@facs.org to cancel their registration. Cancelations must be received by June 20, 2025, and will be assessed a $75 cancelation fee. Attendees who cancel after June 20, 2025, will forfeit all registration fees.
