The discounted room block at the Hyatt is closed and due to an overwhelming response to the ACS Cancer Conference. The Hyatt Regency Phoenix is sold out on several nights during the conference.

We recommend checking availability at other properties.  Keep in mind that rooms may be more readily available in communities surrounding Phoenix, (Scottsdale or Chandler, for example).

Early Departure Fee

Checking-out prior to the scheduled checkout date (after checking in) will incur an early departure fee of $50.00. To avoid this fee, please advise the hotel at or prior to check-in of any changes to your departure plans.

** Please note that a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Credit card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

Note the following:

• Cancelations must be made 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
• One night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file for late cancellations and no shows.
• Room availability is limited on March 11, so if you are planning to attend one of the workshops on March 12, we recommend that you plan to arrive that morning. All workshops begin at 1:00 pm.
