Certificate Reprint for Oncology Data Specialists

All Oncology Data Specialists (ODS) who attended the in-person ACS Cancer Programs Conference: Improving Care for All, in Austin, Texas from February 22-24, 2024, need to reprint the certificate of completion. We discovered that the certificate provided to the in-person attendees contained an incorrect National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA) program event number. The correct program event number is 2024-005.

The certificate of completion has been corrected and all persons with the ODS credential should reprint the certificate of completion. We have added additional instructions to the information below in order to make the process clearer. We apologize for the confusion the original instructions may have caused.

Access the course page and follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to the Learning Management System

  2. Select take course button

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the left side menu screen

  4. Select ODS Credit Certificate – Reprint

  5. Select Review

  6. Select Access Your Transcript

  7. Select Transcript from the menu that appears across the top of the screen

  8. Scroll down to view the table of completed courses and find the course titled, ACS Cancer Conference: Improving Cancer Care For All 2024

  9. Select Print in the cell to the left of the course.

  10. On the Print Options dialogue box, select Print Certificate of Completion

  11. When the certificate appears on the screen then either print a paper copy or print this to PDF for your files.

  12. Log out of the Learning Management System
