State Legislation

Advocacy Is Local

State legislatures can often meet needs in a way that Congress cannot, making grassroots advocacy even more essential. The College monitors all 50 states to not only defend against unwelcome legislation, but also to proactively identify issues and develop strategies that ACS Chapters can use to make the best use of their resources.
