Committee

The ACS H.O.P.E. Domestic Subcommittee works with various organizations in the United States to promote opportunities to give back to local communities. Some of our partners include the Health Career Collaborative, HMARIA, Inc., and several free or discounted surgical clinics. This subcommittee seeks to establish additional connections with US organizations doing surgical volunteerism work and explore ways to collaborate further and deepen our partnerships. The ACS H.O.P.E. Domestic Subcommittee also works with medical schools in Puerto Rico, coordinating cyber-lectures and cyber-mentoring opportunities with ACS faculty for the students.
