Committee on Global Engagement through ACS H.O.P.E.

The Committee on Global Engagement through ACS H.O.P.E. supports the programming of the ACS Health Outreach Program for Equity in Global Surgery (ACS H.O.P.E.) and the implementation of strategic goals. This committee receives updates from the various subcommittees and volunteer programs, provides directions for improvement, and generates innovative ideas to enhance the work. The Committee on Global Engagement works with the ACS H.O.P.E. Medical Director and Program Manager to define the strategic directions of ACS H.O.P.E. and ensure its longevity and sustainability. This committee reviews applications for new members and leadership positions for the subcommittees.
