Central Judiciary Committee

The Central Judiciary Committee (CJC) is a Regental Committee that has the general supervision and direction of disciplinary matters under the Board of Regents. Under the direction of the Board of Regents, the CJC oversees the Maintenance of Fellowship in accordance with the ACS Bylaws, Article VII, Sections 1 and 2.

Fellows are expected to report knowledge of violations of the principles or the Bylaws to the Executive Director of the College.

The CJC accepts complaints from members against other members and from the general public when they believe there has been a violation of the principles or the Bylaws.

To submit a complaint against a member, please follow the steps outlined below. If you are submitting a complaint against a member acting as an expert witness, please ensure you follow all directions and submit all requested information at one time. If you are unsure if an individual is a current Fellow, please contact the CJC administrator at cjc@facs.org.
